Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, style, or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at shop@littlewoodlandfolkclothing.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue. We will review your request and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size, color, style, or change of mind because our products are made to order.

If you are unsure about sizing, please review the size chart on the product page before placing your order.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned or cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping costs may apply if a replacement order is requested.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or has an unexpected delivery issue, please contact us at shop@littlewoodlandfolkclothing.com. We will assist with investigating the shipment and determining the appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Because orders may enter production shortly after they are placed, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled once production has begun.

Sale Items

Sale items are subject to the same return and replacement policy described above. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items may still qualify for a replacement or refund.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
